I would like to suggest that you have a box for entering a single (or several) additional recipients of a survey. It is too easy to make the mistake of sending the survey to the entire (in my case 900) list of recipients when you just want to add 2 or 3 recipients. You have to amend the mailing list and then go to the send to one separate box (easy to get wrong) and find that one recipient. It would be very helpful to have an “make new invitations” with a check box to “add new contacts to ABC list”.
Please consider. This will very substantially reduce the spam created by your software.

I would find really useful if your software could give the option to add a picture at the beginning of each page of a survey (under “page settings”). Would it be possible? Many thanks.

@Karin – You can add a question of type “image only” at the beginning of each page to display one image at the top of every page.
